Shipping

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and shipped via tracked carrier service within the United States. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

• Free shipping on orders over $99.
• Ceramic coatings are sealed in aircraft-grade aluminum bottles and packed to protect the chemistry in transit.
• For international, expedited, or freight/fleet orders, contact us before ordering.

Returns

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Because ceramic coatings are reactive chemistry, opened bottles cannot be restocked or resold, so we're unable to accept returns on opened product.

• To start a return, contact us with your Square receipt number.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your receipt number and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — no return shipping required.
